ABOUT 前言
Under the pressure of the global epidemic and the trend
of net-zero
carbon
emissions, the
manufacturing industry is actively seeking technologies and methods for rebuilding
supply
chains and efficient production. Cloud computing services, known for their distributed
and
flexible deployment characteristics, have been verified in Chinese Taipei as effective
means
to construct intelligent manufacturing systems. This experience is worth sharing on an
international level.
In light of this, "the APEC Conference on Cloud-based Intelligent
Manufacturing
Policy"
aims
to share insights into smart manufacturing policy formulation, research and development
promotion, and industrial use cases through a forum and a workshop. The goal is to
assist
governmental, industrial, academic, and research entities within the region in policy
making
and in establishing research and development as well as application capabilities. This
effort aims to accelerate the digital transformation of the manufacturing sector across
the
region, enhancing supply chain resilience.
The event will also include visits to benchmark enterprises, with the
intention of
providing
participants with a deeper understanding of applications related to digital
transformation
in smart manufacturing through interactive visits. These activities are expected to
drive
the transformation and upgrading of relevant industries.
在全球疫情壓力與淨零碳排的趨勢下，製造業正積極尋求重建供應鏈與高效率生產的技術與方法。雲端運算服務具有分散式、彈性部署的特性，已在國內被驗證為建構智慧製造系統的有效方法，值得向外推廣經驗。
據此，「APEC智慧製造國際政策推動論壇」期待透過舉辦論壇及工作坊的方式分享智慧製造政策制定、推動研發與產業化經驗，以協助區域內產官學研單位制定政策及建立研發與應用能力，加速區域內經濟體之製造業數位轉型，提昇供應鏈韌性。
本活動亦將辦理標竿企業參訪，希望透過具體的參訪互動，與會者更充分瞭解智慧製造數位轉型相關應用，帶動相關產業的轉型升級。
